Today was fairly productive, although there was a lot of running/walking from place to place. I started in Caldera, but quickly headed back to Balmora. I then traveled to Fort Moonmoth, and got lost looking for the guy I was supposed to find to join the Imperial Cult. Finally, I did find him (and another quest along the way) - and discovered I would have to go to Ebonheart to get jobs for the Cult. Which is unfortunate, because I have no intention of heading that way in the near future. Guess we'll get there eventually.
Then, I headed to find the Dwarven ruin that I was supposed to find a Puzzle Box inside of, and set myself to exploring and .. well, getting lost. Again. Eventually, I did work out where the box was, and - in the process - also found quite a bit of other loot and killed a bunch of mobs.
After that, I went hunting for the two mage's guild quests that were out in the middle of nowhere - had a little trouble finding them, but eventually, got both done. Went back to turn them in, and - while in Balmora - went to steal the Vintage Brandy for the Thieves Guild, and did another quest for the mage's guild. Through that quest, I got the ability to get training from another Thieves Guild member, because we promised to turn a blind eye to his unsanctioned training. Must remember to go back and get some of that training...
I think, next time, I want to head back to Hla Oad and see if we can't set that slave free, and hunt for other quests in that area. Maybe I'll even find that bandit that operates in the area?
