First, we get a look at our goals:

House 014 Building Goals:
2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom home worth at least $40k Simoleons
House 014 Generational Goals:
Complete the Renaissance Sim Aspiration on Journey
Complete a second Aspiration of your choice on Journey
Produce and raise The Heir to the Young Adult life stage
*Note* Heir must take the Kleptomaniac trait before YA stage!

So I load in, and Jun has just gotten home from work. I look around the property, because - quite honestly, I've forgotten where I was, even though I read the last chapter over before hopping back into this game.

... And as I look around, I notice something that I DIDN'T write in the last chapter. Apparently, I had paid off all debts, and brought the stuff that was in family inventory out to see the light of day.

Which leaves me with a quandary. When, exactly, do I activate this servo that Journey's father left her. Servos die in rain. And there really isn't much of a house.. yet. ... So... I elect to leave the Servo sleeping.

Back in the house, Journey is cleaning up some cereal.. by eating it, the dogs are playing, and Jun is.. playing too?

A little later, I notice there's a very smelly dog on the floor, and, after feeding said smelly dog, I have Journey take care of Oscar.

Working on charisma...

Writing a term paper...

Jun is, of course, sleeping through everything.

Doing some more work on the computer, but at least Jun is finally up and doing something constructive - reading a book.

Then, after Journey goes to bed.. disaster strikes. Our beloved pup is being collected by Grim...

... in a thuderstorm. So, naturally, Jun is outside to witness the event.

Oscar is also here, witnessing his mother's passing.

I wake Journey up, and she heads to the toilet.

Then, we head outside to check on the garden.. and disaster strikes yet again. Just to save him from further damages, I start Journey chatting with him and have them go inside.

After a lovely conversation, I hope he'll stay inside, and take Journey back to take care of the garden.

... Of course, Jun doesn't cooperate, and immediately heads outside again. This time, at least he's heading to work. In his very singed state.

... And the sink is broken.. (and somehow shooting water backwards through the wall...??)

Jun arrives back home.. and it's STILL thunder-storming. Which means if he gets hit again, we lose our chance to get an heir. So something has to be done about him randomly standing at the curb.

Just for the heck of it, I send them to try out the new pillow fight interaction.

Finally, after too many times of him going BACK outside... I lock the dang front door... and send Journey back to work on her skills.

Then, since Jun has nothing else to do, and we have class in the morning, I send them to bed.

More term paper work. But we get it done.

Then, mid-woohoo.... I realize I forgot to pay the bills. OOPS. Also: I think I took this because they're trying for an heir?

A/N: After this post, I'm going to focus more on my stories for a while. So don't expect anymore Ramblers for a while. Sorry! I may pop up with a chapter every once in a while, but on the whole, it's now on hiatus.
