August 30th - September 5th Stream Schedule

Streams This Next Week:

  • Monday, August 30th (1-5 PM EST): Black History Challenge
  • Tuesday, August 31st (1-5 PM EST): Building a pub for the Farm Legacy Challenge
  • Wednesday, September 1st (1-3 PM EST): NO STREAM - this is the twitch walk-out day
  • Wednesday, September 1st (5-9 PM EST): NO STREAM - this is the twitch walk-out day - if you need to contact me, do so via discord, I will not be on Twitch at all all day on this day. (Also may have my computer pulled apart putting in a new solid state hard drive to replace my cluttered and over-filled main drive, so be patient with me if you do need to contact me.)
  • Thursday, September 2nd (1-5 PM EST): Farm Legacy Challenge
  • Friday, September 3rd (1-5 PM EST): Hard Mode Decades Challenge
  • Saturday, September 4th (1-5 PM EST): Save File Saturday - this is going to be a weekly thing now - working on build(s) for my save file once a week. I realized I can't ever get this done if I don't start working on it, so... here we go!
  • Sunday, September 5th: No stream

Fun Stuff:

  • First off, I want to thank everyone who came to the first ever community night! We had a lot of fun! In fact, we had so much fun, I now plan to make this a monthly thing. Expect to see a Community Games stream every last Saturday of the month.
  • Notice on my Youtube: I officially have videos scheduled for the next week, and more that are sorted and ready to upload to continue the trend. I know several of you are anxious to see the old VODs from when I started streaming, so I'm working on getting them actually going up there instead of just sitting around on my hard drive.
  • Community Challenges! - I have all three of my possible challenges up and ready for funding (i.e. wasting your points on... ) Feel free to fund whichever you want first, or keep things wild and interesting by funding all three each day. Basically, you're able to spend a maximum of 2k channel points per stream day on each of these challenges. *OF NOTE: I am thinking about considering one or both of the first two challenges on this list as complete and putting them on the schedule in the coming month. This would mean your points would be getting refunded... Let me know what you think about this idea in the Announcements channel on my Discord.
    • Chat dictates my build - Once this is funded, I will schedule a special stream where chat gets to vote on every little thing about my build. Type, size, packs used, themes, and more!
    • Put Thrall on the Chaos Wheel - Once funded, I schedule a special gameplay stream where chat redeems wheel spins to add chaos. Wheel will be designed by me with lots of chaotic things to put my sims through. (if you're interested in what kind of things will be on the wheel, I'll be using this reddit post as my inspiration: https://www.reddit.com/r/thesims/comments/7gxyl7/random_sim_events_list/)
    • Sims Murder Party: 8 Rainbow sims competing to see who lives the longest. Chat redeems to add either helpful or murderous items to my build, as well as other chaos redeems. This idea comes from BritishSimerTime's stream - and as a chat participant.. it was SO much fun.
    • After these three are done, the next challenge(s) to be added are:
      • My new Homes for Gnomes Village project: Another Community Challenge that, once funded, will be an interactive Shell challenge and special build a long stream (starting in August at the earliest) where I will give everyone participating (whether there for the build a long or just signed up via the Google Doc I will set up) a 15 by 15 outdoor room with a shell on it to decorate based on prompts I will be providing. Themes will be based on the base game gnomes in Sims 4, and the shells will be built by me to match. I will spin a wheel for each participant live on stream to see which gnome and shell you get, and your job will be to decorate it in the month following. Lastly, I will put together all builds into a huge downloadable Gnome Village lot (or lots if we have enough participants) and we will schedule a tour of all the builds! Again, you'll have a full month to put your build together as a participant, and they will all be "tiny homes", so this should not be too time-consuming or difficult for anyone. Depending on how this works (or doesn't), I may do more challenges based on this general idea.
  • Also:
  • Current Shell Challenge: NOW DUE Sept 8th!!

I am a 45 year old American wife, mother, and gamer. I’ve lived in the Midwest most of my life, and enjoy it for the changing seasons. My favorite movie is Labyrinth, my favorite game is Sims 4, and I have tattoos related to both. My favorite colors are purple, red, and green. When I’m not playing games (which is rare) I also enjoy reading and crafting. I’m also an animal lover, and have had many types of pets over the years. Currently, I have a dog named Cassie who is a Jack Russel / Beagle mix and three young fancy rats (all of whom are rescues). I run this Sims 4 Blog where I post screenshots and stories about the different challenges I play. Also here are the Sims 4 challenges I've written, and a place for me to store all the Sims 4 knowledge I've gotten over the years. I am also a Sims 4/variety streamer on Twitch for my mental health, fun, and to meet new people. I have also recently been accepted to the EA Creator Network, which is a dream come true! I look forward to meeting you!
