Again, this build I did for two challenges. One, my 100daycreativity, and two, this is my submission for #bns144 (Build and Share 144 - A Winter Festival Miracle)
BNS 144 - The Brief:
*Due December 31, 2020.
*Chose a small lot (no bigger than 30x20). The cost of the lot is NOT included in the budget this time.
*The budget is $32,500.
*The house needs to have at least one bedroom and one bathroom.
*Include a kitchen and eating area, a living room area, and a book corner with a desk.
*Fully landscape the lot.
**Please take pictures in summer, but also include a few pictures of winter/holiday at least of the outside as well.**

Welcome to Bookworm Corner! This is a charity project for a local hero, a Literature Professor at the University of Britechester. It's 1 bedroom, and 1 and a half bathrooms, and built with entirely donated materials, barely squeaking in under the budget for the build. (Shown in the second picture.) I adored this build, and had a terribly hard time getting things just right so that it still looked like a proper house but stayed in under the budget. Originally, the house had a garage and everything, but that made it too expensive and had to go.
